As Finance Manager at Reid Smith Architects, Andrea has been part of the firm since 2003. She oversees the financial operations of the practice with care and consistency, supporting both the day-to-day needs of the organization and its long-term direction.

She values the strong relationships the firm builds with its clients and believes trust and clear communication are central to successful work. Outside the office, she is married to Reid Smith, the firm’s Principal, and they have two children. She enjoys time with her family and her horses.
