Our work blends regional inspiration with forward-thinking design principles, and we are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our collaborative and creative team.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Architect who thrives in a dynamic design environment. The ideal candidate will be licensed with at least five years of post-licensure experience, have strong design sensibilities, and the technical skills to carry projects from concept through construction. You’ll lead design and documentation on a range of ambitious, high-caliber projects set in iconic landscapes across the West.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead project design and documentation through all phases—from concept to construction.

    • Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal team members.

    • Produce high-quality drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

    • Manage schedules, deliverables, and project milestones.

    • Oversee construction administration and maintain close collaboration with the field.

    • Develop creative, thoughtful design solutions to complex architectural challenges.

    • Maintain organized project files and ensure design intent is preserved throughout.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of licensure required.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

    • Strong design portfolio that reflects experience in high-end residential or resort work.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

    • Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.

    • Passion for architecture that integrates with natural and cultural context.
