Bob Brooks joined RSA in 2010 and became a Partner in 2021. He has extensive experience leading & shaping projects that are both practical and expressive, with a number of published residential architectural projects. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bob approaches architecture as a collaborative and innovative process of careful listening, thoughtful analysis, and creative synthesis.

He pulls inspiration from each unique site and enjoys diving into every layer of a project—from understanding an owner’s goals and vision, to uncovering opportunities within a site, to working with the team through practical challenges. For Bob, these constraints are not obstacles, but essential design rhythms that help balance architecture with clarity, character, and purpose.

A native of farmland Indiana and immigrant to ranchland Montana, he is known for his collaborative and approachable style. Bob values hard work, strong relationships, and integrity, and believes that the best results come from open dialogue and shared problem-solving.
